Alright, so awesome beginning sessions. We have a new player, Ben. When he first joins our campaign, he is naked, laying in a hammock. By the end, he is Captain of the Blue Heron, has killed multiple people, has an AK-47.
Ben, An eagle scout with extensive survival training has managed to evade becoming a midnight, or otherwise snack for our undead adversaries. One fateful night, he makes camp near a stream, and due to the unfortunate dripping of wet hair, a zombie notices his treetop hideaway. He is forced to climb through the canopy and out onto a fallen tree, in an attempt to cross the river, and escape his tasty fate. As he is going out on a limb, the unthinkable happens, and the tree falls over, trapping him under water. With seconds of air left, he escapes his watery grave, and the soggy and naked Ben meets Maries character. Through her benevolence the naked Ben is clothed, and blends his way back into the quarters. Through moves which can only be described as Solid Snakeian he makes his way though the dorm and into an elevator shaft. Here he is harrowed by equipment failures though his zombie chewed rope, and trusty crowbar save the day. After killing a guard, 518, he attempts to assume his identity, and disproving the addatage about assumptions, plays a wonderfully convincing guard supervisor. After reuniting with Marie, she steals his gun and a whole arc of kinky tension ensues. A guard comes by for reasons unknown to the players, sees the gun, and Marie blows Bens hiding place. He is forced to dispatch this guard. In the ensuing battle, he manages to stay hidden out of sight and Marie is captured by the guards. In a show of camradery with the other players, he leaves marie to fend for herself, while he demonstrates an affinity for bathrooms and causes me to question if he has any formal tactical training. Through superb role playing and dice not favoring him, he is enlisted to prisoner transport Marie. What I hope will become a wonderful friendship gets a rocky start, when distrust and fear drive the two apart, leaving Marie handcuffed and at gun point. Through her earlier excellent luck, she has a flashbang grenade tucked away in locations undisclosed. Though this she escapes to continue her attempts to rescue her friends. When what Ben can attribute to Marie being a Tyler Durden style terrorist, happens he makes his escape. A large explosion occurs in a weapons locker, leaving the base in chaos. Though her magestic ways, Marie assumes the call sign 666 and may or may not attempt to help Ben. In a showcase of distrust, Ben decides he would rather face the zombies alone, than risk befriending Marie. After a few hours on the road, he decides to go fishing.

In night time raid unknown forces swooped in and kidnapped everyone except for the heroic Neko. Facing a food sustainability issue, He leaves on a hunting mission, only to return to an empty dam. Equipped only with his shotgun, vodka and medkit, he sets out following the trail left. The trail leads along the river, behind a think overgrowth. Proving he is not as stealthy as his namesake, He disturbs a heavily armed fisherman. After a quick bit of gun pointing with Ben, they become friends. Neko tells him of the Flood Control Dam. Ben decides that he is going to the Flood Control Dam, and Neko decides hes better off with this new friend. When they arrive at the dam, Ben quickly notices that the weaponry used in the abduction is similar to his loadout. After a quick survey of the area, it proves to be zombie free. Ben attemps to interface with the outage management system, and isolates the dam from the the ISONE power grid. This results in the compound he escaped from losing power. Very soon Ben and Neko realize just how interconnected things are, when they recive a call from 666. The blackout has caused chaos and she has destroied the supply of docility chemicals. Its the begining of the end for the compound, and she tells Ben that their very lives depend on his comming to her rescue. Neko quickly decides they are going and after stealing the Blue Heron, begin racing to her rescue, Captain Ben at the helm. Outmanned and outgunned, his future teammates being gunned down, Marie hit, Caleb hit, he comes to thier resuce. He fires a distress flare into the underbrush igniting a large fire. Their pursuers, daunted by the flames, retreat into the night. Secure for now, they head back to the dam. Their dock is less than inviting, becomming home to a horde of zombies. Someone had left the gate open! Ben decides that they will be safe on the boat, and quickly drops anchor, in a fast moving current. The drag from the anchor swamps the boat, and very quickly a bad situation goes to worse.
