  1. A "Constitution" (terms and conditions/code of conduct)
  2. - everyone agrees on basic points for instance:

  4.         # acceptable and unacceptable conduct on both the website and the
  5.         IRC channel, punishments (temporary bans/full bans etc.) and
  6.         rewards (moderation, voice + op in IRC etc.).
  7.  
  8.         # perhaps there should be an elected government/leadership?
  9.         - Zach could retain control of everything whilst the elected
  10.         leadership could do certain things in Zach's absence speeding up
  11.         things like dealing with "unacceptable" behaviour as stated above.
  12.         This would stop wasting Zach's pushed time on banning etc. when he is
  13.         about. Leadership elected every 2 months into positions such as op in
  14.         #teenlug and admin on teenlug.com?

  16. I propose that debate for this should take place on the teenlug.com forums
  17. as discussion like this could erupt into arguments in the #teenlug IRC     
  18. channel.
